Our faculty has achieved a significant milestone by making substantial progress in the ‘international accreditation’ process. Following the initial evaluation visit, it has demonstrated that it meets the same standards as other prominent veterinary faculties that are members of the EAEVE (European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education), thereby securing a ‘PENDING ACCREDITATION’ status. Although this is not yet full accreditation, the ‘pending accreditation’ approval, obtained with such limited criticism, is a significant achievement and an important indicator that the final outcome will be reached in a very short time.
In summary, accreditation relates to the independent and official confirmation that the relevant unit’s education and training, infrastructure, staffing, research, and other processes meet nationally or internationally recognised quality standards.
The ‘international’ pending accreditation approval obtained proves our Faculty’s quality assurance in the areas mentioned.
