The project consultancy for the project titled “Natural Protection of Fish Health with Hibiscus sabdariffa,” led by our faculty member Prof. Dr. Yavuz Osman BİRDANE and supported by the General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey, The study aims to investigate the protective effect of the Hibiscus sabdariffa (roselle) plant against the potential oxidative stress effects that disinfectants such as peracetic acid and chloramine T may cause in fish. This work aims to contribute to the development of more natural and sustainable production methods in aquaculture.
